For the last 2 months I've done the following each morning *before looking at my phone*:

🔸Write 1 pg stream of consciousness the moment I wake up
🔸15 min yoga
🔸15 min meditation
🔸Eat breakfast without multi-tasking

It has totally broken my urge to scroll!
