In some exciting news, the Sunbury Kangaroos are excited to announce Jessica Cuffe as our netball coach for 2023. Jess is no stranger to the netball program and the club as a whole, having spent many years both on court and on the sidelines of the football.
The Sunbury Kangaroos are thrilled to announce Joseph Antonetti as the club's women's football coach for 2023. Joseph joins the club from the Northern Saints.
Keen to coach a women's side, he said the role stood out with the club having a good history with a female program.
The club is disappointed to announce that Ron Sikora has stepped down as senior women’s coach.
The club is now looking for a senior women’s coach for the 2023 season.

The Sunbury Kangaroos are excited Xavier Weir is committed for next season.
Xavier is another one of the the under-18.5 boys keen to step up into the seniors.
Xavier played 20 games and kicked 24 goals in the under-18.5s this year, while also played a couple of reserves games.
The Sunbury Kangaroos are thrilled that Nathan Thomas is back for next season.
In a season where 55 players played seniors, Nathan was one of the rare ones to play every game.
His consistency was one of his strengths and Nathan is set to be a key player again next season.
The Sunbury Kangaroos are thrilled Tash has recommitted for another season.
Tash joined the club in 2021 and has become vital part of the women’s program.
Tash played most of this season in the division 2 side and took on a real leadership role on and off the field.
The Sunbury Kangaroos are excited that Brody Watts is back for another season.
Brody returned to the club last season, making an instant impact. Brody played seniors early in the season before playing a key role in the under-18.5s finals run.
The Sunbury Kangaroos are thrilled to announce that Travis is back next year. After winning the reserves best and fairest in 2021, Travis backed it up this year. He came into the seniors in round four when COVID and injures hit, before holding his spot for the rest of the year.
The Sunbury Kangaroos are thrilled that Kelsie has recommitted for another season. Kelsie has been saying ever since she joined the club that it will be her last year but keeps on returning. As well as playing last season, Kelsie made her first step into coaching.
The Sunbury Kangaroos are thrilled to announce that Zac Ploog has recommitted for next season. Zac is one of the next generation that we’re excited to see in the coming years. Having made his senior debut last year, Zac played a key role in the under-18.5s finals run this year.

The Sunbury Kangaroos are thrilled to announce Ewen Hildebrand as the new under-18.5 coach. Ewen has been the runner for seniors for past five years. He coached the under-17’s to the grand final this year.
He is keen on developing the youth of the club.

The Sunbury Kangaroos are thrilled to have Sacha back on board for next season. Sacha joined the club last season and has come a long way after an injury riddled 2021. Sacha made the ruck her spot in the div 2 side with her confidence growing.
Corso is back!
The Sunbury Kangaroos are thrilled that John has signed on for next year.
John is a key member of the midfield group providing plenty of in and under contest. He loves a goal as well. John’s form this season saw him named in the EDFL division 1 team of the year.
Beth is in!!
The Sunbury Kangaroos are thrilled that Beth is back for another season.
Beth joined us midway through the year and quickly found her spot in the middle of the ground. Beth made her senior debut after only a couple of matches, showing some positive signs.
