Hey American Airlines, your callback application does not seem to work. When the callback asks me to push 1 to get connected to a person, nothing happens. I did this about 5 times. Pushing 1 does not work. It keeps saying I need to push 1 again. Then it disconnects the line.
Companies that allow you to signup for a service online, but do not let you know that you will have to call them to cancel the service are making a fundamental mistake.
If you want to keep your customers, engage them, bring value, and make it easy. Churn is very costly.
I am not a developer, but I tried @TensorFlow for the first time. In less than 15 minutes and a few lines of python, I built a simple neural network and did 2 trainings on the model. Very impressed with how simple it was.
