@RedbridgeLive This site is 4th on the list of sites being looked at by the Corporation of London. Favourite is a site in Barking owned by the Corporation. Why is Redbridge wasting money promoting a site in the green belt which even the Corporation of London recognises as an unlikely runner?

At least we can take comfort from the fact that people both sides of the border are intelligent enough to realise that the suggestion is being made by someone who knows nothing about them and the island of Ireland. Save us all from bigotry and ignorance.

It’s hard to believe that a senior politician is so ill informed about Ireland + the politics of the #Brexit Irish border issue that he could make comments like these. We have left “the troubles” behind us, through the sincere efforts of many, + we intend on keeping it that way.
