5️⃣ & 0️⃣‼️ What a great feeling! Some thoughts on today:

🏈 @K1 continues to progress 📈
🏈 @Showtyme_33 is a damn WARRIOR! Having 100+ yards rushing & another great day despite the unfortunate fumble.
🏈 This very well might be the BEST @Vikings defense I’ve ever seen 👀. They are very complete from top to bottom, with smart 🧠 defenders EVERYWHERE.
🏈 Say what you want about @byronmurphy…if the ball is thrown anywhere near him, he catches it! ✌️ INT’s today! ✋🏈🤚
🏈 @WillReichard…do I really need to say anything besides…BEST KICKER IN THE NFL! 🐐
🏈 @GavinBartholom6 Have a day, young man! W/@TheeHOCK8 unfortunately having a concussion on his 1st play, Gavin came in & showed his 🏈 catching capabilities. 📈
🏈 KOC is putting things together, getting K1 comfortable in his offense. He highlighted ✈️ as primary while also staying true to 3️⃣ 3️⃣ as the workhorse. A couple hiccups (near INT thrown by ✈️ on trick play & still needs work on 3rd & short play calling) but overall a good day for our HC.
🏈 A win is a WIN! 5️⃣ - 0️⃣

If only I’d have known about this story 5 years ago…I might hate Drew just a little* 🤏 bit less than I do today 🤣 #SKOL😈💜 #WhoDat #WeWillNeverForget #BountyGate

[Jordan Schultz @Schultz_Report]

This is awesome: Drew Brees revealed Sunday that he asked Justin Jefferson for a jersey swap when Jefferson was a rookie — the first time Brees had ever asked for one.

It was for his son. @NFLFilms tracked down the conversation. It’s amazing!!! 🔥🔥

Bud Grant. Joe Kapp. The Purple People Eaters. The beginning of an era of excellence for the @Vikings. If only I were alive to see it… 🥲 #SKOL😈💜

The Vikings lead the NFL in turnover margin (+6) and are the only team this season to force a turnover in each of their first five games.

@JakeReed86 Making an even bigger impact off the field than you did on the field!!! And that’s saying something bc you were a DAWG for my favorite @Vikings! These kids will remember this for the rest of their lives. Welcome to the family, our newest @SKOLaMANIAC’s! #SKOL😈💜 @JakeReed86 🙌

The 4th time the Vikings started the season at least 6-0 and it was 2000. The new starter was Daunte Culepper and he ripped it up that season. If not for Peyton Manning, he was likely the MVP. Here are photos from the win vs the Bears in game 6. @Robert26Smith

Could Vikings kicker Will Reichard win MVP?! 🤔

New episode of BOS is out now 💯

Really nice to hear 👂 @PAOnTheMic back on @KFAN1003! Looking forward to this next segment with the @Vikings voice of reason… @nacholeber. They’re going to be talking Jauan Jennings trade rumors! #SKOL😈💜

The Vikings are the first team since the 1991 Buffalo Bills to secure a player of the week award in four of the first five weeks of a season:
𝗪𝗞 𝟮: @rodgers_isaiah
𝗪𝗞 𝟯: @Myles_price3
𝗪𝗞 𝟰: @WillReichard
𝗪𝗞 𝟱: @byronmurphy

[Justin Rodriguez @SKOLaMANIAC]

Yes, you’re right about Brandel’s “natural” position being LT. He played LT at Oregon State and also played a few times while CD was hurt. But I have a feeling they actually prefer him inside on the interior of the offensive line. His movement is not quite good enough to be a starting LT in the NFL but he is one of the best “swing-tackles” in the NFL, can play any position on the line and is turning out to be a pretty solid center. He just keeps getting better and better. Gotta give it up to him! 👏 #SKOL😈💜

[Justin Rodriguez @SKOLaMANIAC]

Nice suggestion by @PhilMackey on today’s Purple Daily podcast: @Vikings should consider trading for former Minnesota Gophers Center, John Michael Schmitz, who was recently benched by the Giants. Would you give up a 6th round pick to add more depth on the interior of the O-line?

Schmitz has been ranked the 33rd/34 qualified Centers in the NFL for the ‘26 season, per @PFF.

Thank you so much! Looking to possibly do the stadium tour on Sunday as well and visit the Vikings Museum. It would be awesome to meet some of my favorite Vikings personalities (you’re one of them 😉)! I know it’s a long shot but I’m just looking forward to it! Always&Forever… #SKOL😈💜
