BJP's Disguised Unemployment: On 5th August 2017, 3287 candidates were declared selected as Inspectors in CBDT & CBIC. Ten months later they still have not been employed or given a joining date! Is this how the Govt proposes to "create jobs"?

1) If a person can't get job in 2018 for exam conducted in 2016 and exam of 2017 will be conducted in mid 2018.....we are straight away 2 year behind... @PMOIndia @OfficeOfRG
