Very proud that Gabe Downes will be attending Sarah Lawerence in the fall to play basketball. At the same time I am sad that his time at Storm King is over. Gabe played a monumental role in helping me rebuild this program and his contributions will never be forgotten. Good luck!!

6 players, half of them battling the flu and a tough opponent in Rocky Hill couldn’t stop us from getting it done💪🏼. Junior Tayo Adeola stepped up for us scoring 21 points and providing much needed rebounding and toughness. On to the championship game in Springfield. Let’s go!!!!

First round of the NEPSAC tournament tonight and we were ready. Always helps when guys are knocking down shot after shot. Nick Sanchez led the way with 8 3’s and 37 points total. Roy Samuel Jr had a great night tonight as he poured in 25 points including 4 3’s. Not done yet🏀👑🏀

Another W by Storm King🏀 We move to 15-4 on the season and 10 wins in a row. The usual suspects carried the weight today. Nick Sanchez had 15, Tayo Adeola 14, and Marquise Sampson and Gabe Downes each had 11. Quick turnaround as we’re back on the road tomorrow to South Kent. 👑

9 in a row!!! Dog fight against a scrappy Class B opponent. Defensively we turned it up again at the end of the game but we kept the train rolling. Big efforts by Senior Marquise Sampson and Junior Tayo Adeola with 10 points a piece. Roy Samuel Jr also chipped in with 8 points.

The Cougars keep rolling for their 8th win in a row. This time taking down the #1 ranked Class C Large team. Junior guard Nick Sanchez led the way for us today with 26 🏀🏀🏀points along with Gabe Downes, 🏀Josh Merchant 🏀and Marquise Sampson🏀 all with 10.

SENIOR NIGHT!! Cougars didn’t disappoint with their 7th win in a row moving us to 12-4 overall. Leading the way in scoring tonight was senior Lucas Mendonca and junior Tayo Adeola with 15 a piece. Senior Roy Samuel Jr also had 12 to help lead the way for Storm King!!!!!! 🏀🏀🏀

Storm King wins the #2 vs #3 showdown in Class C small🏀 We stay undefeated in 2025 and increase our win streak to 6 and overall record to 11-4. So proud of our guys effort today as we continue to get better everyday. Once again a balanced scoring attack led by Nick Sanchez (17)
