@SpotifyCares Spotify lite is not working, but Spotify app works but not as easy as Spotify lite. I have android 9 in my head unit.

Today I was about to hit by a biker speeding in a narrow road near Periyanaicken Palayam. Most of the car drivers face this kind of issues and they could do nothing since the bikers escape just like that causing trouble to the car owners.

For free service they asking me to report the issue with Apple and get a confirmation email so they can process the service or replacement. So I am raising this complaint to #Apple #iPlanet #airpods noise issue.

Most pathetic thing is he said he can take the AirPods for INR 1000 and exchange with new one. So I got frustrated and came back home. When I came to know from my friend that he made a free repair for same reason. I got shocked.

So I visited today to the same iPlanet store they said that policy got closed last year and said I was late for reporting the issue. Was that my fault ? But my point is I still paid for faulty product as per policy.
