@StarbucksUK @meadow8910 @StarbucksUK I went to a store in my local area, and came away with server pain! They had to remake the drink twice and still didn’t get it right! Tried to complain and just got brushed off… no loyalty anymore… it’s not worth my health. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

U no people don’t understand mental health when they come out with comments like “other people are going through crap, and manage everyday” or “ur not the only 1 going through things”.
I’m aware of that thanks. don’t invalidate what I’m going through just cause u don’t understand

People keep saying it’s going to get better. I don’t know how. Some days things are actually going great. Other days I’m barely keeping my head above water. You know things are bad when you actually read the life insurance policy to see what date your OT would be able to claim!

@katyburton @CostaCoffee This has happened to me as well. 1st time it was on the app. Said I won free cake then disappeared. 2nd time email to say play but no way to play. All costa keep saying is to re-download app! #useless
