VEGGIE PASTA BAKE RECIPE
We've been eating a lot more plant-based recipes lately and it's so far going down well!

Refusing to eat foods is very common in young children. It's part of them learning to like new tastes. As caregivers, our role is to keep offering a variety of healthy foods and gently encourage them to try. This could be touching or licking a food initially - it all helps!
