@virginmedia My solicitor told me to make no payment as it's ridiculous the way I've been treated NE8 4 NL North east Gemma Walker have a look and see how much I've suffered 162 ... That should be enough for somebody to look at the file

@virginmedia Saturday but apparently the collections team are not open at a weekend so if you ever wanted to sort anything out you have to wait till Monday which is rubbish as I spoke to some one last Saturday I've been without Virgin now for 3 weeks while you decide that u messed up
