Silver Alert – Tommy “Tom” Nicolaides, 77 years old, went missing in the area of 1000 S Military Dr (1700 East). He was last seen wearing a black Messi soccer jersey with a green shirt underneath, blue shorts, and a black hat. He was chasing a dog that got loose. Silver Alert- Richard Donohue 77, was last seen at St. Marks hospital, he left the hospital May 10, leaving behind his cell phone. He has not been seen back at his place of residence since. SLC911 received a call at 6:41 a.m. of a possible death at 1723 S. 300 E. The manner of death is unknown and will be determined by autopsy, the identification of the person is also unknown at this time. Currently it is believed the person is a middle-aged male. At 6:37 p.m. officers responded to a person with a weapon.

While on scene the man came out of a house with a gun and was shot by officers. The man died on scene.
