Bonneville cutthroat trout (Oncorhynchus clarkii utah) is Utah’s state fish. It is native to tributaries of the Great Salt Lake and Sevier Lake. Bonneville cutthroat trout are mainly piscivorous. They are on the Utah Sensitive Species List.
