2025 was a good year for me.
Growth.
Work I loved.
Clearer values.
Stronger boundaries.
I completed the developmental draft of my novel.
Heading into the new year lighter.
Still writing.

Today is World Photography Day! This is the best photo I've ever taken.

But once I added a black and white filter, magic happened.
I miss London and cannot wait to go back
It’s now officially #Election2024 in the #US and there’s so much at stake.
People are genuinely afraid of the days, weeks and months ahead.
Let’s hope the people turn the country blue and @KamalaHarris is the new @POTUS
And that it’s all done peacefully.

In the years I’ve been making Stuff The British Stole, the biggest lesson for me has been how much history hides behind politeness—polite plaques, polite speeches, polite monarchs.
I don’t have Lidia Thorpe's life experience, and it’s not appropriate for me to offer commentary on her actions.
But let’s be clear on one thing: the British Empire was not a polite enterprise. Like most, it was built on conquest, power, and, yes, things were truly stolen. Many things that have not been returned or in some cases even acknowledged.
It was not a polite empire.
