3/3 . He was combative and after a short struggle was detained. The driver was arrested for PC 594(b)(1) - felony vandalism, PC 148(a)(1) - misdemeanor resisting arrest, and CVC 23152(a) - misdemeanor driving under the influence.
1/3 On Tuesday night around 8:40 pm, officers responded to multiple reports of a male causing a disturbance in the neighborhood near Capistrano and Portola. The male was driving through the neighborhood yelling at people.
2/3 He then intentionally drove into a parked truck several times before fleeing. Officers located the vehicle, a silver Prius, at Del Rio & Prefumo Canyon. The driver did not stop but finally yielded to the traffic stop on Thelma Drive, inside the Laguna Lake Mobile Estates

Officers Berrios and C. Ares traveled to Sacramento this week to attend the California Peace Officersβ Memorial. The ceremony serves to formally honor peace officers who died in the line of duty in California the previous year. π
