Today marks the beginning of #BHSM and I want to tell you what inspires me. I’m inspired by the sense of community in the profession I have chosen. There has been advice, ideas, and resources shared without hesitation. I’ve never felt more a part of something while being apart.

Most importantly, I’m inspired by the many SLPs who work in hospitals treating COVID patients. They assess swallow function after ventilation and much more. They are constantly putting their life on the line, and I want to thank them. So thank a SLP today, tomorrow, whenever. 💜
