@PATHTrain How can service be operating if the trains aren’t running? It took over 2 hours! Thats TWO hr long appointments that people potentially MISSED. If I waited 2 hrs to go into the city I now had no longer a reason to be there. 2 HOURS. Not 10-30 mins.2 HOURS. That’s not operational

@PATHTrain That is an INSANE customer service policy: delays are longer than the appt that you were trying to travel for (ie: trains did not run for entire time of appt) but we keep the $3.25 cuz u can take the train when it’s running again and you no longer need it. Are you fucking joking?

Final Word: we finally were able to take off at 652p (About 5 hours late) and landed around 8:35p. We had to zig-zag/circle once we got to Newark to wait for runway availability. Once we got off the plane there was a man waiting at a gate who said they’d been waiting 9hrs. #FIXIT

Coming as no surprise…. Another Ground Stop issued at Newark Airport today. Plane was mins from taking off when stop was ordered. Sat for an hour on the plane… stop was extended another hour. Can someone explain to me why 6-8hr delays are preferred over limiting # of flights?

Update: flight was cancelled. Managed to slide into another flight last minute. We taxied out and pilot just came on saying Newark is ground stopped (unclear if the stop was ever lifted?) - there will be another update in 30 mins. Surely this can’t be the new normal until July…

@united My flight was delayed 1.5hrs due to an ill crew member, then an hour for weather, now 2 more hours for an empty chair that stayed reclined and was fixed 30 mins ago. Still haven’t taken off and no news. What the hell is going on? EWR To Frankfurt
