7. With regards to SEN status.
- Children with SEN and an EHCP were 2.8x more likely to be PEX than children without SEN provision
- Children with SEN but without an ECHP were 5.2x more likely to be PEX than children without SEN provision
1. First up, permanent exclusions (PEX). There have been 2,881 more PEXs issued in 2022/23 than in 2021/22. To break it down, that's:
- 443 more in primary
- 2,396 more in secondary
- 42 more in special schools

Looking towards the stammering community, STAMMA is such a great resource offering parent support groups, support groups for adults, helpline, information about therapy, acceptance and self-advocacy. Would be great to see the DLD world have similar community support.
Yesterday I found out that a single landlord owns hundreds of homes and shops in Brixton, including the majority of Brixton market.
Over the last 10 years many people have been driven out of Brixton including shop owners and market traders because of soaring rental costs.
It has massively destroyed the culture Brixton once had and the culture that I remember being surrounded by growing up.

Delivered a workshop for teachers on understanding and supporting children who stammer this afternoon- 11 teachers & TAs turned up which is a record number! (Have previously had around 2 people turn up)
