Yes it was highlighted to support team, only response I got is that i need to CTDI team as Amazon cannot help with it... its been a week since i have given away my device but its still not delivered to the CTDI office.

@amazonIN lack of support towards own products post warranty. Its been a week since an agent picked up my FireTV stick for repairs for CTDI and yet the CTDI office has not even received it. And amazon has no sense of responsibility here.

They say it's difficult to own a house in Mumbai City. Especially when Mhada employees are hungry for bribes. Past 3 yrs my dad has been running in circles at Mhada just to get the house papers transferred to my name but to no avail. #udaysamant #MilindMhaiskar #UdhavThackeray

@FitbitIN @parkjames i connected with the Fitbit customer care for my Fitbit charge 2 which i bought 2 yrs back, bcoz it lost its display, but they cant help me bcoz there are no available service center in Mumbai apparently. Am i supposed to simply take the loss here?
