@ladbible Soft tissue to relieve pain? Yes. To improve running mechanics? No. To improve foot posture? No. Wonder if he was sent home with some exercises to strengthen the lower leg & to improve his foot posture? In two weeks, he’ll be just as sore and need more continued massage 🤔

@UK_STA Not sure. However, I believe “Sports Therapist” should be a protected title - for those who have been to uni and graduated from a SST course. I believe with it being a protected title it will allow for much more clarity regarding how people view a graduate sports therapist.
@UK_STA A lot of people go on a day sports massage course, get the qualification and then call themselves a sports therapist. I think this overshadows actual graduate sports therapist who have been to uni, and have a much larger skill set and knowledge base.
