Today, 16 June 2026, it was a great honour for me, together with the First Lady and my delegation, to visit the Knesset, @KnessetENG the Parliament of the State of Israel. I extend my sincere appreciation to Speaker @AmirOhana

IDF Chief of the General Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir is meeting today with Somaliland Armed Forces Chief of Staff Brig. Gen. Nimcaan Gaxnuug to translate recent diplomatic ties into practical security and military cooperation, with a focus on Red Sea maritime security and regional defense coordination.

The discussions reportedly include plans to develop coastal surveillance systems at Berbera port, expand intelligence-sharing channels, enhance special forces training programs, and deploy advanced monitoring and reconnaissance technologies.
