@chilternrailway horrendous journey to London yesterday! 3.34 train from Bicester Village to London cancelled, next train at 4.34 meant to be 5 carriages, only 3 put on.
Seriously overcrowded train with no air conditioning. a totally unacceptable service to our national stadium!!

@lxllycm Yes, a total shambles, it took us 3 hours to get there from Bicester and we missed the first half hour of the concert. @senbla you are a disgrace @TicketmasterUK I expect a full refund and you shouldn’t work with such a shoddy company

Well @greeneking we booked a table for 13 in your White horse Bicester pub, we get here and are told that it’s been cancelled. Apparently someone called ‘Joe’ emailed to cancel it!

I wouldn’t normally complain, but the whole experience of trying to make the purchase was poor and badly handled. 3 of your colleagues unable to find the game and no apology.
Can you tell me if the other store has it in stock?

Absolute crap service at @Tesco Bicester, lots of Xbox one FIFA games on display but after a 25 minute wait, none in stock!!
I have a very disappointed little boy who has saved up for this.
If you haven’t got them, don’t have them on the shelves and waste my time #disappointed
