@Dyson Like several people here, I'm disappointed with costumer services. I have an Animal V8 and the battery is defective. It's still under warranty. I've been trying to get a replacement for 9 months to no avail. And I already DM with the details.

@CitImmCanada That's exactly what I did March 21st and still no news, not even a confirmation email with a file number. It does say "submitted" on my PR portal, but nothing has changed, not even a sign that it is being processed. It's been 91 days since I submitted it. It is really stressful.

@SheilaCoteMeek My stepdaughter did a law and justice undergrad, she took philosophy/ethics electives and environment classes. She is now in law school and she is doing a placement in environmental law. So I would say take classes that interest you and can be useful for your future practice.
