Stunning image of the protest in #HongKong today (just posted on @AppleDaily_HK's Instagram account.) Many we spoke to said it was the first time they joined a protest & felt a proposed extradition law would so fundamentally alter the city's freedoms that they couldn't sit back.
Why do they never get it? This maps perfectly on to Labour and antisemitism. The first response should be shocked introspection about why a member of an ethnic minority has come to think this. But no. Just denial and belligerence, every time.

Amid the #Brexit chaos, 3.3 million people, so far, sign #petition calling on govt to revoke #Article50 & REMAIN in #EU.
That number is expected to keep rising fast, but it's worth remembering that 17.4 million people voted to LEAVE in the #EUReferendum

Nearly 3 years after the vote to leave #EU & less than 3 weeks before it's due to happen, the #UK appears to have made no progress at all. #Brexit#MeaningfulVote
GOVERNMENT DEFEAT: The House of Commons has again rejected the Government's #BrexitDeal in the second #MeaningfulVote.
The Commons voted 391 to 242 - a majority of 149.
