@VandyTracker He just doesn’t want a 30 year mortgage because a salary of 480 post tax will get you qualified for a mortgage of multiple millions. If that’s the case he’s better off renting. Why lock down into a city he’s not sure he’ll be living in long term?

@theblockspot The issue is GM/owners wanting to win/evaluate the qb while they are in their rookie contract. There is an overall development issue due to the salary cap and the expected size of a second contract for QBs. Forcing teams to play rookies faster than they are ready.
