@whirlpool_india Please sir, i dont need the Auto template message. Your Subhashis never called me to know the real issue i faced, he just email based on your great technician feedback.
@WhirlpoolIndia Fridge is barely 1 year old, Your technician visited twice and gave different explanations. After disconnecting/replacing the heater coil, the tripping stopped. Initially I was told the heater would cost ~₹3,500; now I'm being quoted ~₹7,500 including gas.Crazy
@whirlpool_india Thr concern to me is the contradictory diagnosis provided. When the diagnosis keeps changing from the heater to the PCB and then to multiple sealed-system components, it naturally raises questions about the consistency, competency and reliability of the service assessment
@whirlpool_india Service Request THA08082629750 fridge purchased after an year. Technician quoted 7500 rs for the heater coil replacement.its a product failure of Whirlpool and i wish to know the proper root cause, after an year of purchase. No response from Whirlpool
@whirlpool_india demanding ₹7,333. If the PCB is defective, how is the fridge operating right now?
This constant shifting of diagnoses—from heater to PCB to sealed-system parts—is completely unacceptable. Please provide a clear, technical explanation before requesting approval for this charge.
@whirlpool_india Your technician visited multiple times, using trial and error with zero resolution.
First, they said the heater needed replacement—which fixed the MCB tripping, and the fridge is cooling fine. Now, they’re contradicting themselves and claiming the PCB is also damaged,.
@whirlpool_india experience made me seriously question the product quality and after-sales service of Whirlpool. For a refrigerator to develop such an issue within one year and for the customer to be asked to spend ₹4,200 without a clear technical diagnosis is extremely worse
@whirlpool_india Service Request Number THA08082629750 fridge purchased after an year. Technician quoted 7500 rs for the heater coil replacement.its a product failure of Whirlpool and i wish to know the proper root cause, after an year of purchase i am no where in a position to bear this cost.
Paid ₹80,000 through @Cleartrip Telebooking for an international trip. No ticket was issued. After hours of follow-ups, I was told the booking failed due to a fare hike. Now I'm asked to wait 7–8 working days for my refund while airfares keep increasing. Completely unacceptable
@Cleartrip You cannot keep my money of 80k for 10 to 14 days. All my payment gateway of refund are credited within 2 days as i hold the account major public sector banks. Really i feel i am scammed
@Cleartrip From the last 2 days your executive is mailing me the same. We had initiated the refund, but where is the refund, if it is truely initiated i am repeatedly asking share the ARN/RRN number. Nothing had been shared till now. Since a significant amount of ₹80,000 has been blocked
