Giving Kofi & Moriarty a backstage interview before their opening contest is brilliant. This is some of the coolest shit to ever happen to me dawg. The New Level’s famously endearing personalities naturally bounce so well off of the rest of the roster. They bring such a unique, much needed (imo) layer of character work to the product. The fish out of water story gives the rest of the roster so much to work with, and we see how every individual handles it. In Moriarty’s case, he feels the need to prove Kofi isn’t as big of a deal as he thinks he is, and projects that idea before establishing anything. This is awesome
Josh Alexander on when he found out about Bryan Danielson wrestling again.
"I'm gonna be honest with everybody in the room right now, I never thought this was going to happen. So please, do whatever you want to me."
