“I don't think we should call it a crisis. It's a catastrophe. Not enough nurses, not enough other hospital workers, not enough doctors,”
Shirley Roebuck with the Ontario Health Coalition in Windsor today.

“It speaks to a larger problem around corporatization of healthcare, where the healthcare professional has dual loyalties, the loyalty to the corporation and their business, and the loyalty to the patient, which should always be paramount.”#SLont#0nHealth https://t.co/2TnOTZqebm
Ford is not stopping. He is now accelerating his hospital privatization. This summer, Ford has announced 57 new private clinics that will take more than 100,000 diagnostic tests out of local public hospitals- along with funding and staffing.
We cannot let two-tier medicare and the charging of patients thousands of dollars for surgeries & diagnostic tests to become normalized. We are on the cusp of it now. If we don't fight back, we are going to lose Public Medicare.
The situation is extremely urgent. Pls fill the Public Galleries at the Legislature on Wed Oct 29, host a Legislature Watch event in your town, and spread the word. Do everything you can to pour on the pressure. Details below 👇
