Respected Sir,
Sub:Urgent Request to Address the Issues Faced by Gurukula Residential Schools and Their Employees**
Unaddressed Dearness Allowance (DA) : The number of DAs has increased to 5, but the government has not addressed this issue as promised earlier. This has led to financial hardship for many employees who are already struggling with the increased cost of living.
We, the employees of the TGSWREI Society, request your timely intervention to address our issues as soon as possible.
Thank you, sir.
Yours sincerely,
TGSWREIS Employees
This delay causes significant financial stress, especially for employees whose EMIs fall in the first week of every month, leaving them helpless and adversely impacting their CIBIL scores.

Furthermore, there is a lot of ambiguity over 317 allocation, transfers, and promotions. The staffing pattern of TGSWRS has recently been changed, putting the future of many teachers in jeopardy as they are considered excess by the TGSWREI Society.
They are currently conducting offline counselling from 08-07-2024 for the teachers of different cadres, but the way things are arranged at Sevalal Bhavan is a total mess. The authorities are ill-mannered and appear clueless about the procedures.
