@DancerDad@Andypublicuk@05ryan_ Yeah youโre right about two tier policing, but enough of the shouting and pointing and hurry up and get to it!
Let them ring the police. By the time the CPS have looked at the case it would be thrown out due to their word against theirs BS.
Come on.
@robster12065612 Itโs finished already bro as you know. Paris as a child aged 10? Beautiful place and memories. Now? Not a fucking chance. Itโs absolutely flooded. The culture is almost non existent and very dangerous. The Western world as we know it is crumbling. All planned, 2030 soon here.
@linmeitalks Itโs fully finished out here when a woman allows a man to have relations with her and can still cry rape even tho she gave consent. Crazy
@micheal_ws18 Getting their newbie gains then hitting a plateau and giving up before theyโve even started. Not understand progressive overload, training to failure, too much junk volume trying to copy everyone else and trying to train like enhanced individuals. They just need educating.
@Crypt0_Titan@toylan20 Correct. To many people are brainwashed my mainstream fitness narratives that they think they need to be sore. They couldnโt be more wrong.
@toylan20@Showorkoutgeek Sorness isnโt an indicator of growth. You have either introduced a new exercise that the body isnโt used to or you have OVERTRAINED and damaged the muscle. I emphasise that word overtraining, I still grow without being sore. Intensity is the only thing that matters.
Life is so fucked up.
For those of us who remember what the world used to be like.
We pain for a world no longer here.
An illusion broken at some point in our awakening!
Iโd rather be wide awake than a fucking sheep tho ๐คฃ
@Macon012345@robster12065612 Maaaate I remember the summers in the late 90โs and early 2000โs Jeeeeeeeeesus! ๐ฏ We all just got on with it! Miss those days
@robster12065612@MadelineWa20933 ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ stay out of the sun! Itโs very bad for you ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ

@TheK_Nox Lifting weights actually stops you from getting it so this here is misinformation. The stronger your bone density, the less likely you are going to have bone demineralisation.
