We have had a lovely day in year 5 celebrating the #PlatinumJubilee Lots of lovely red, white and blue clothes and fantastic entries to our DT competition. We hope all of our families have a lovely half term.☀️👑💜🛡️ @SMAAASchool

We have had a lovely morning in UKS2 working on lots of different Jubilee Day activities. Here are some records which children from year 5 and 6 have designed while listening to some of Queen Elizabeth's favourite songs 👑💜🎙️🎶✏️ @SMAAASchool

We had another lovely catch up this afternoon with our friends from year 5 who are visiting Spain 🇪🇸 We hope you enjoy your last evening and look forward to seeing you all back in school to hear even more stories from your trip after half term 😇☀️ @SMAAASchool

We had lots of lovely Easter bonnets and Spring hair in year 5 today! We hope all of our children and families have a lovely Easter break. We will see you all back in school soon for the Summer Term 😇🌷☀️@smaaaschool

We loved our trip to Kirkby Gallery this morning to see the @QuentinBlakeHQ exhibition. The children were so inspired afterwards that they spent lunchtime sketching in their new sketch books in the sunshine ☀️✏️🖼 @SMAAASchool

We enjoyed our visit to the Forest School this morning. We explored the surroundings to find resources which we could use to help us to survive in the wild like Michael has to do in Kensuke's Kingdom🌿🛶📖🔎 @SMAAASchool
