As part of Phase 2 of our ongoing ICMR-funded study, "Evaluating the Impact of Digital Intervention versus WHO PEN Approach in Non-Communicable Disease Prevention and Control in Resource-Limited Settings: A Quasi-Experimental Study," our team came together for a hands-on training on our newly developed digital intervention.
The session walked our staff and interns through the digital intervention dashboard its features, layout, and purpose before moving into the methodology for the usability assessment phase, including how data collection would be carried out using quantitative data collection tools. The team was also trained on standardized procedures for usability assessment among study participants, and how to troubleshoot technical hiccups that come up in the field.

FHTS is pleased to announce the establishment of its SMAART Center at Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Base Hospital and Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Srinagar, Uttarakhand. The center marks a new step in FHTS’s efforts to expand its network of SMAART Centers, bringing its work in population health research and community-based initiatives closer to the communities of Srinagar, Uttarakhand and the surrounding region.
