I left the family agency (now owned by PE) after 18 years to start my own agency with my partners. This was the hardest move I have ever made.
It’s definitely scary with 3 little kids and being the sole bread winner but it’s going to be awesome. 🚀

For my clients and prospects interested in Group Captive, I run a Captive Feasibility Report. This gives a 5 year look back at how a business would have made out if they were in a Group Captive for those 5 years.
On average SMB businesses ($150k premium), their member fund is $500,000+ 🤑
I believe I will be the same way...my grandfather was always working and trying to figure out new businesses and philanthropies. The day he stopped, he died shortly after at 98. I found his journal next to his barcalounger after he died, ideas from burger joint concepts to sweater hanger inventions. He started his career as an insurance man and he's the reason I wanted to be one myself.

Anything but ZYN??
I’m at my most productive from 5am-1pm but have a hard time fighting through the afternoon suck. I can’t do coffee after 1pm or I won’t sleep. Friends told me to pop a ZYN and I’ll buzz on through. So I tried it…spent the afternoon laying down after I 🤮.
What do you do to stay focused and GSD in the afternoon?
@infamousv129 Being an insurance broker I understand how that could help. Maybe I’ll try it when I buy my next car, hopefully 10 years from now.
Although I do secretly love the hunt and thinking, probably falsely, that I worked the best deal out there!
I hate the car buying process for one reason, the wasted time at the dealership.
I did all the research and negotiated the best deal over text, phone and email. Just wanted to sign via DocuSign and have it delivered but instead I’ve been sitting in a shit chair for 3 hours listening to Smash Mouth over the lobby speaker while they complete the paperwork. 😡
