Tomorrow is apparently #BlueMonday.
This is your reminder that it’s nonsense!
There is no such thing - it was made up as a marketing ploy by a travel company to get people to buy holidays.
Blue Monday is not a thing!
You always have the ability to choose your attitude.
We can’t control everything that happens to us, but we can control how we react - how we set our sails.
As the last line of this poem says:
“’Tis the set of a soul that decides its goal, And not the calm or the strife”.
As George Bernard Shaw said, "Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself."

I saw this on a friend’s feed and it made me smile. But there’s an important message here too…
Things will happen in life that you can’t control, but they’ll happen anyway. It’s up to you how you choose to react - try and find the humour and enjoy life wherever you can!

Be ready for life:
Work out in the heat.
Carry heavy things.
Go for a run.
Build back your resilience.
