As you hunt for recruiters, don't overlook the legal onboarding. Hiring AI and Full-Stack engineers means handling critical IP clauses and data privacy liabilities from day one.I specialize in legal frameworks for Nigerian tech startups. Mind opening your DMs for a quick second?
From June 1st, I will be heading the engineering and technical team of a health startup based in Lagos Nigeria (presently worth $20 million in valuation)
I will be recruiting 10 people into the engineering team for the following positions.
QAs
Product Owners
AI Engineers
DevOps
Software Engineers (Full Stack)
That’s a lot of work for me to handle the recruitment process because we don’t have HR yet.
I can only handle the technical interviews.
Is there any recruitment agency you can recommend?
He's only played 4 matches in that position & he started the UEL final because Onana is just returning from injury and couldn't start. He's not a DM.
Also, Martinez struggles with 360 degree awareness, and that's why he plays better when the whole pitch is in front of him.
Lindelof DM transition is too funny because players leave United and all of a sudden their next coach can accurately profile them.
Wonder what the reaction will be when Lisandro inevitably becomes a inverted LB/ deep midfielder again at his next club.
@olumidecapital 🇳🇬 airlines admit his prices are the lowest, but then turn around and demand he allots more jet fuel to the local market. However, Dangote has billions of dollars in loans to pay off, so he’s just using this wartime 'good fortune' to his advantage.
@Mr_Tola_@FPLfrasier Stop making this excuse. The pitch dimensions are the same.
MU just played narrow and with little invention, and that suited WH greatly.
In the tactical game that day, Nuno easily outsmarted Carrick.
I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but it's looking like Ole ball 2.0.
We are proud to announce that we have successfully completed the transfer of our player, David Oguejiofor to Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr FC
This is a huge opportunity to show the world his talent and we are certain he'll do that greatly. All the best, David.

Greed in this context really can’t be overstated. I’ve seen many solid deals fall apart at the very last minute simply because someone/people wanted more. For a long time, I couldn’t understand it; especially when the deal already works for everyone involved.
Things are not easier anywhere. You have to search for luck or create it. Never believe that what worked for others would work the same way for you.
I used to wonder why people with stable jobs and a good life abroad would uproot all of that and come to live in the midst of uncertainty. I didn't understand until I lived in a place where you can slowly accumulate debt without drastically changing income.
My cousin, Clement Aghayere, asked why I was coming to the UK to join “the rat race” when I could write my own cheques. He believed so much in making fortunes from Nigeria until Nigeria happened to him a couple of times. Major deals bombed at the last minute by greed.
Exactly 20 years ago, I was stuck between the UK and Africa and had to make a decision. I felt it was easy at the time, as the UK was entering a recession and Nigeria was booming. My people had exited from a telco and were looking for new M&A deals. I had worked in that whole space, but I also forgot what I hated most about it: the subjectivity of deals and the unpredictability of people.
It took a few months and a couple of back-stabbings from desperate people on deals like the ATMC acquisition for me to realize I needed to find a different path. I had forgotten that I was once almost assassinated because of another acquisition.
I was lucky that MTN was rolling out MobileMoney around Africa, and we were implementing it for them, which became my ticket out of chaos. I discovered the rest of Africa and never looked back. I realized that I was meant to live in Africa and live like a full African between countries.
I discovered the growing parts of Africa and not the dying parts. One of those parts is still Uganda. I am sad at what is happening there today, but that country has so much potential. I met friends who made a fortune selling sugar there as the young population grew. I have still not seen a crazier MobileMoney implementation than what we did in Uganda.
I was talking to @perfexcellent yesterday about all the things we learned about the market there, and he asked why nobody had documented them and built a case study. I believe that was my fault, as I understood the need for it but was too busy trying to survive at the time.
We still have a business we own there, and it does very little work for our client; the main business was scuttled when regulations on work permits there suddenly changed, making them unfriendly towards foreigners. It is one place I wish I had bought property. The greenest place I have ever visited.
My friends found luck selling sugar in Uganda after losing a fortune in Nigeria trying to buy banks. Others found luck in South Sudan and other parts of Africa; I found mine in Ghana and Togo. The more you move around, the greater your chances are of discovering opportunities, but you first have to build capability.
I built up my capabilities in Nigeria before I started looking for opportunities elsewhere. Some people have not built up any capabilities and are looking for opportunities, and they suffer for that. No matter how bad things seem at a place, focus on building what you can take with you. Skills are fungible, connections are not.
Many people are stuck where they are because they have not developed transferable skills. This is essentially the African tragedy, and why people resort to xenophobia and bigotry to protect what they think they are entitled to. Entitlement is not fungible and not scalable.
Generally, stay away from men who either have little regard for women, and or find it difficult to work with women. That pattern rarely stops at the workplace.
And how a man relates to women he doesn’t want says a lot about how he’ll treat the one he claims to love.

As a Nigerian in Europe, you’re already 1-0 down. Now imagine holding a starting shirt over a white man? You must be miles ahead of him 😂 It’s not a debate.
This also shows how elite George Weah was when he won World Best; he proved himself twice over. No argument there.
If you see any Nigerian footballer abroad who grew up in Nigeria getting game time week in week out… RESPECT THAT PLAYER!!!
E good dieeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
If you meet anyone in the top 15 leagues, worship am!!!
NONE OF IT IS A FLUKE… NONE!!!
I think it’s less about “muscle memory” switching off and more about energy levels.
After sprinting 60–70 metres with the ball to get into the box, the legs and lungs are gone, so execution drops.
If it were truly unfamiliar territory, these same defenders wouldn’t be
Many defenders do this thing where they move the ball from anywhere into the opponent's box, but once they reach a goal-scoring position, the part of their brain responsible for scoring switches off because it's unfamiliar territory.
Yes, they can score from headers and such, but when in positions strikers usually occupy just before scoring, they play the ball like "What am I doing here?" I can't explain it, but I've seen it happen too many times 🤣🤣🤣
but as a practical alternative.
If we’re going to push CNG seriously, monthly data like this should guide licensing, planning, and investment. It’s one thing to talk “energy transition,” but another to match it with real numbers.

NMDPRA’s October 2025 factsheet is out, and the numbers are interesting. Petrol use is still very high even with better refining output.
When demand stays this strong, it reminds me how much space there still is for CNG to play a bigger role not as a slogan,
