It seems the FA reprieved 13 teams nationally at Step 5, of which Wincanton Town were 10th on that list.
At Step 6 it looks like 24 reprieves, and Totton & Eling were 6th best ranked. Agonisingly, it looks like relegated Blackfield & Langley were 25th on the FA list.
