Over the past few days, I have received hundreds of messages and warm wishes on my son Mohammad Ajaz Ul Rehman (@AjazzTantray) clearing the UPSC examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission. I am deeply grateful to everyone who reached out with their kind words, prayers, and blessings.

First and foremost, I thank Allah Kareem for His mercy and guidance. Every achievement is possible only through His grace.

This success is the result of his hard work, patience, and belief in his goal. As a parent, I feel immense pride in the effort, discipline, and determination he showed throughout this journey.

I pray that the Almighty grants him wisdom, strength, and good health so that he may serve our nation with integrity, humility, and a sincere sense of responsibility towards the people.

My heartfelt thanks once again to all those who shared in our happiness and encouraged my son on this important milestone. Your support and blessings mean a great deal to our family.

جموں و کشمیر کا یہ بجٹ سمت سے محروم، وژن سے خالی اور عمل سے عاری ہے۔
یہ حکومت کا دوسرا بجٹ ہے، لیکن افسوس کہ اب تک انتخابی منشور میں کیے گئے کسی بھی بڑے وعدے کی تکمیل نظر نہیں آتی۔

ٹیکنالوجی اور تعلیم کے نام پر جسے انقلابی اصلاحات کہا جا رہا ہے، اس میں طلبہ اور نوجوانوں کے لیے کوئی ٹھوس یا دور رس اقدام شامل نہیں۔ بیروزگاری جیسے سنگین مسئلے کو کم کرنے کے لیے بھی اس بجٹ میں کوئی وژنری، جامع یا قابلِ عمل حکمتِ عملی نظر نہیں آتی۔ کسانوں کو حقیقی اور دیرپا راحت فراہم کرنے میں یہ بجٹ ناکام رہا ہے، جبکہ زراعت اور باغبانی جیسے اہم شعبے محض اعلانات تک محدود ہیں۔

سیاحت، خصوصاً پیر پنجال کے خطے کو ایک بار پھر نظر انداز کیا گیا ہے۔ جہاں دیگر اضلاع کے لیے سہولیات کا ذکر کیا گیا، وہیں پیر پنجال کے لیے ایک بھی نیا ملٹی لیول پارکنگ منصوبہ تک اس بجٹ میں شامل نہیں کیا گیا، جو علاقائی عدم توازن کی واضح مثال ہے۔

جن اقدامات کو نیا ظاہر کیا جا رہا ہے، وہ دراصل مرکزی حکومت کی پرانی اسکیموں کا تسلسل ہیں، جن میں نہ کوئی نیا وژن ہے، نہ مقامی ضروریات کا ادراک اور نہ ہی علاقائی حقیقتوں کی جھلک۔

یہ بجٹ اپنی ترجیحات میں عوام دشمن ہے — کسان دشمن، طلبہ دشمن، سیاحت مخالف — اور زمینی و علاقائی حقائق سے آنکھیں چرا رہا ہے۔
یہ بجٹ موجودہ حالات، عوامی توقعات اور جموں و کشمیر کے
مستقبل کے تقاضوں پر پورا اترنے میں ناکام رہا ہے۔

Respected @PoonchDm, in view of the ongoing snowfall, I request your directions to concerned authorities for the urgent clearance of roads in panchayats, especially in the far-flung areas of Poonch, ensuring basic facilities and providing an emergency helpline for those in need.

Despite severe weather conditions and serious risks to life, the PDD Department of #Poonch Division restored power in Poonch City with remarkable dedication. The entire team, under its dynamic leadership, deserves heartfelt appreciation and congratulations. Hoping the same efforts will soon restore electricity in the remaining far-flung areas of the district.

@SyedAbidShah, IAS, an honest, dedicated, and brilliant officer who has served J&K across departments like Tourism, Health, and more, has been transferred to Chandigarh. It is unfortunate that J&K, which needs his expertise most, will lose his invaluable service. We salute his transparent, zealous, and efficient work for the people and urge the Central Government to reconsider this transfer.

ضلع ہسپتال پونچھ کی حالت نہایت ناگفتہ بہ ہے۔ چار فزیشنز کی منظور شدہ اسامیوں کے مقابلے میں اس وقت صرف ایک فزیشن خدمات انجام دے رہا ہے۔ لگ بھگ ساٹھ منظور شدہ ڈاکٹروں کی جگہ بیس سے بھی کم ڈاکٹرز موجود ہیں۔

عزت مآب وزیر صحت عامہ محترمہ سکینہ ایتو صاحبہ کو اس سنگین صورتحال کی جانب فوری توجہ دینی چاہیے۔ نیشنل کانفرنس کو پونچھ کے حوالے سے اپنی ماضی کی پالیسی، جسے عوام میں ’’بچا کھچا‘‘ کی پالیسی کے طور پر دیکھا جاتا رہا ہے، اب بدلنا چاہیے۔

I am delighted to know that the visionary leader of the Pir Panjal region, Shri Javed Ahmad Rana, Hon’ble Minister for Forests, PHE, Flood Control & Tribal Affairs, convened a high-level meeting today on the installation of solar power plant in Poonch, in the presence of another proud son of Pir Panjal, Shri Shahid Chaudhary, Commissioner Secretary, Science & Technology, along with other senior dignitaries.

The deliberations aimed at transforming Poonch into a decentralized #renewable energy hub, a crucial step to overcome the acute power shortage in hilly and border areas.

In this context, I respectfully remind that in 2020, the Central Government identified and sanctioned five solar plant locations in Jammu Division, of which a 50 MW Solar power Plant at Village Loran, Poonch is one.
➡️ Around 3,200 kanals of land at Loran have already been identified.
➡️ Expert teams from Gujarat and Delhi visited the site and certified the land as most suitable for solar installation.
➡️ In 2023, the concerned authorities from Delhi directed the then DDC Poonch to submit approximately 40 kanals of land for construction of sheds, which stands submitted.

I am hopeful that under the dynamic leadership of Shri Javed Ahmad Rana and the committed guidance of Shri Shahid Chaudhary, this long-pending and vital project will finally commence at the earliest, bringing sustainable power, local employment, and economic upliftment to the region.

Hundreds of qualified contractual teachers serving in J&K’s Government colleges continue to face uncertainty, no job security, a meagre ₹28,000 salary against ₹57,000 UGC norms, and denial of basic entitlements. With the Hon’ble High Court having directed regularisation, urgent intervention is respectfully sought for an early and just resolution.
A fair education system must rest on fairness to its educators.

Today, 15th Nov, we are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of our Police, Revenue officials and Civilians in an unfortunate accident. Every citizen of our state mourns this loss.

It is unfortunate that our neighbouring country continues to be counted among the destroyers of Jammu & Kashmir. The time has come for us to stand united, strengthen our nation, and stay vigilant against the ill designs of our enemies.

We may have objections to the ruling party for dividing people on religious lines, but when it comes to our country’s unity, dignity, and security, we are all soldiers of this nation. It is the duty of every citizen to remain alert and united to safeguard our motherland.

Led a delegation from #Poonch to meet Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor Shri @manojsinha_ Ji, urging the early establishment of a Medical College at Poonch, and the swift commencement of already approved projects, the Gandola Cable Car and the Solar Power Plant. We also called for the creation of a dedicated Pir Panjal Battalion to address unemployment in the region.

Deeply saddened to hear about the passing away of Syed Muhammad Sulaiman Bukhari Sb, uncle of @Apnipartyonline President @SMAltafBukhari Sb. My heartfelt condolences to Altaf Sb and the bereaved family. May Allah grant the departed soul Jannat-ul-Firdous and give strength to the family in this hour of grief.
