@HavellsIndia This is PATHETIC! Over a MONTH with no resolution for Service Request ID22072543095416 No AC in this extreme heat, and all your team does is give false promises and new dates. Same issue happened on 17 April and took 38 DAYS to fix. ZERO improvement.FIX THIS PROBLEM

Today my order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. After 45 minutes of chatting with customer care, it was finally rescheduled.
Please start OTP-based delivery. It’ll save time and avoid such issues.
