We had a great time in our first cricket lesson. We practised throwing and catching before we had a go batting and fielding. A magnificent 6 was bowled and the ball lost over the fence! Lots of comments made by the class sharing their enjoyment. 🌟@ManorSalisbury
A chance to win a FREE copy of KOFI and the Rap Battle Summer! I’m re-reading this for the audio book and it’s so full of joy, and adventure, and music, and nostalgia, and fun, and gripping moments, I’m telling you. Good luck!
Today, we started our new History topic, The Victorians, by comparing Victorian London to present day London. The children were horrified to know rubbish was thrown in the street and that the toilet was outside.
Good BOOKS in search of a good home!📚

Today, in English we began planning our campaign against deforestation. We worked in campaign teams and had to discuss and decide on the issue for our campaign. @ManorSalisbury
It was another busy week in 4SJ. In English, we looked at 2 texts extracting facts about rainforests and deforestation. We’re really enjoying our persuasive text unit. In Math, we have continued learning about decimals and ended the week dividing them by 10. @ManorSalisbury
@BrilliantClub@ManorSalisbury@KingsCollegeLon We have absolutely loved our day at King’s College London. The children have explored what it would be like to study there and how different it is from school. Many can see themselves studying here in a few years. Thank you🌟
Our Club members are having an amazing day so far. They have been able to discuss a number of topics and are using their critical thinking skills to debate a very meaty question indeed. They are representing our school well. @ManorSalisbury
