Ppl LEAVE EVERY TIME IT GETS UNCOMFORTABLE. You don’t want peace. You want control. The moment somebody asks questions, needs clarity, or holds you accountable, now you need space. But space isn’t growth when you only use it to dodge hard conversations.
Major cheat code for life: Learn to delay your reaction. Anger, fear, and impulse will try to make you move fast. There's power in pausing. In the pause, you see clearly, you respond wisely, and you avoid decisions you’ll regret. Slow down to speed up.
I distrust men who are extremely publicly giving. Many abusers do this. It’s a key part of coercive control, designed to make the victim seem crazy if they try to leave. It’s an intentional, proactive tactic to control the public persona. “Credibility banking”if you will.
There’s an unspoken agreement among civilized people — you don’t invade someone’s personal sovereignty. You don’t treat another adult as though their dignity is negotiable. Everyone operates with a baseline assumption that this line exists and will be respected.
The narcissist doesn’t subscribe to this agreement. But they understand the line is there. And they know that any attempt to cross it with a healthy adult would be met with immediate resistance. A healthy adult would feel it, name it, and shut it down.
So they learn not to try it with adults.
But then they see their own child…

I had this job & I used to overly dress up everyday . I did this to hype myself up. So one of the girls at the job used to buy me doughnuts everyday , feed me lunch . I thought we were cool , she did this for 3 years . Her last day on the job she goes you make me sick . I was only buying you food everyday because I was hoping you were going to gain weight. She said you look smaller since we started working here . Girl what ????????? Ain’t heard from her since she baked me a tray of chocolate cupcakes on her last day and she told me. She was committed 😂😂😂 I couldn’t believe she actually told me this
I miss the old church days, no cameras, no videos, just peace and real connection with God. Now people are always recording, vlogging. You can't even pray or worship in peace without a phone pointing at you.
Not everything needs to be content. Some moments are meant to be private, personal and spiritual😢
I know many of you, who have lost their loved ones will resonate with this video. I often joke that I hold a PhD in mourning, having lost my mom, dad, and brother between the ages of 18 and 25.
Because I’ve walked this journey, I try to comfort others who have lost loved ones. One undeniable truth about death is that it changes your life forever. Some days are manageable, even peaceful and then there are days when you wake up remembering and longing for the normal life you once knew. Healing is not linear, and it has no expiry date. The most brutal losses are often a mother or a sibling, because the connection we have with them is lifelong, rooted from the very beginning, bound by blood and the umbilical cord that once connected us.
It’s not that you haven’t moved on, or that you’re stuck in the past. Acknowledging their existence simply means honoring the role they played in your life. You can’t erase them as if they never mattered. Instead, we learn to grow around the pain. The pain doesn’t disappear…….we grow stronger and wiser alongside it.
That’s why it’s so important to prioritize your happiness, no matter what you’re carrying. Joy and grief can coexist, and choosing happiness is not a betrayal of those we’ve lost, it’s a way of continuing to live.
Special days like Mother’s Day, Easter Holidays, Christmas or any other special days that are significant to you, will sometimes trigger you…. To anyone reading this who has walked a similar path…..you are not abnormal. Your grief, your reactions, and your way of coping are valid.
These experiences have taught me never to judge anyone. Pain affects us all differently, it can either make or break you ….We are not the same, and that’s okay. Happy Sunday ❤️
Have you ever noticed how narcissists always seem to ruin birthdays, holidays, and vacations—the moments that are supposed to be the happiest?
Narcissists can’t stand joy that isn’t about them, which is why they almost always sabotage happy moments.

Just received heartbreaking news that my cousin has taken his own life. This person has a Wife and kids. 💔💔💔Men, please go to therapy. There is no shame in seeking help or speaking out.
Two boys—ages 10 and 3–jumped 30 feet from a burning building in Grenoble, France. Two of the six adults who caught them broke their arms.
Amazing heroism.
