Nine children, some as young as ONE have been rescued.

Jonathan Parr and Jacquelyn Coleman were arrested after authorities discovered children living in a filthy, bug-infested property, with at least four sleeping in a SHED.

The alleged abuse includes having the children hold wall squats for HOURS, placing nails between their toes to stop them from moving, and starving them of food.

Both adults face felony child endangerment charges, with bail set at $150,000 each.
