Our first 'in person' sing since March 2020, and it was bloomin' fabulous. Fabulous to see each other and sing together. Thanks to Maureen for the use of her garden. And there was cake...
It will be a year ago tomorrow since we all sang together in person. We've missed each other very much, and the friendship that being in a choir inspires but we're thankful that we are still able to share our love of music via zoom #singing#choir#friendship
One of the choir "Picked her own Playlist" this morning on @BBCRadio2 Zoe Ball breakfast show. It's great to hear how the weekly Zoom rehearsal has been a lifeline to her. Listen to her playlist on BBC Sounds just after 2hrs 36. @DMU_Local
We have been singing using Zoom (like many choirs) since March. Today we had our last sing of the year. We wish all our friends a Merry Christmas and a safe and healthy New Year. @dmuleicester @DMUMusicDept
