EFF Statement Calling For Public Participation On The Insourcing Bill.
—We further call on all those who wish to make written and/or oral submissions during the parliamentary process to formally indicate their intention to do so to the Secretary of the Portfolio Committee on Public Service and Administration no later than 24
February 2026, and to copy EFF Communications in their correspondence.
In their correspondence, prospective participants must clearly state whether they intend to make a written submission, an oral presentation, or both, and indicate their availability for Wednesday, 4 March 2026, to enable the Committee to properly coordinate and schedule the proceedings.
