## Problem Overview
On iOS 16 and iOS 17 devices, when attempting to navigate to the App Store from within the X (Twitter) app's WebView when the target app is not installed, the transition to the App Store does not occur.

- Confirmed to work properly on iOS 18 and later
- Confirmed that opening the same URL in Safari and tapping the "Open Instagram" button successfully navigates to the App Store
