If the payment is done and booking is not done, in that case you will personally send mail or call them to increase the user support and help.

If I send email to eticket queries, they r not responding. What to do?

Even though i got my amount back, I m not happy.

We have so much huge crores of investments and engineers like me. Why can't you "send mail to failed transaction due to late response from bank"?

At least you can send a mail in that case for the failed transaction. Sorry mail stating money will be refunded or something.
