@SteveOweathaguy December was mostly 20's and 30's which was below normal for the month. January was near normal with fluctuations above and below normal temps. February and March were above normal.

@SteveOweathaguy The only issue with your conclusion is that Rochester gets impacted greatly by lake effect snow due to colder air coming out of Canada. Doesn't mean that there was no cold in place.

November was above normal with temps mostly in the upper 50's to low 60's.

@mattlanza Once the parents pay the fine, they put an application in to become US Citizen's. After the vigorous background check, if they get all the check marks, they become US Citizens.

We create Foreign Children's Scholarship Fund where children of illegals can have access to it to help pay for their college education.

@Lclimateguy Models are suggesting a trough digging southward around this timeframe. Can’t got by surface maps. Pattern only. When you have Arctic air collliding with warmer air, energy, and a trough dig, you’re bound to get a big storm.
