@wirexapp Yes, you replied to the first ticket and as you can see I mentioned the second ticked which went unanswered untill now. So I can't use my @imaginecurve with Wirex and you won't be able to help, that's really a shame!

@wirexapp I just read on your website regarding Cryptoback that "only multiples of 100 can be redeemed. Any Satoshis in excess of a multiple of 100 not redeemed will remain in your Cryptoback™ wallet.", however when I redeem any amount in excess just disappears. Why is that?
