In the current moment it is important that authority figures are held accountable for supporting and facilitating police and their brutality. You cannot fight for social justice whilst you are also supporting the police.

The @UHProvost’s choice of candidate for the interim dean position is Jonathan Schwartz. Schwartz is not a social worker and as such is not bound by the profession's code of ethics, which includes social justice.

- 100 Club scholarships for police
- Applied Correctional Practice Certificate
- Criminal justice degrees with opportunities for placements in carceral institutions
- Externships at the HC Juvenile Probation Department

He has tweeted support of officers/UHPD.
