LEADERSHIP FORUM KICK OFF! Day 1 of the Leadership Forum has been an inspiring start! ๐ Pan Africa ILGA in partnership with Common Purpose kicked off the week in Johannesburg with activities which allowed 16 participants from around the continent to connect and share, setting the tone for a transformative experience ahead.
Our first guest speaker shared her journey and insights on transformative leadership, emphasising the power of listening, empathy and being the change we wish to see. Her words were a reminder to lead with both mind and heart.
