@GoldChaos999@puppycelebrity I think it was about some company selling headsets that you use to get into some dream world, kind of scifi drug thing, but then your bf uses it and gets stuck in some alien parallel universe or something and u as the gf tries to solve the mystery
@puppycelebrity I remember getting this one randomly from a game store, maybe back in summer 2012 ?
Didn't even know what it was, I just liked the word "journey" in it.
Then I played it and oh boy, what an immersive fever dream it was, and ended up liking it very much.
Yup, finally someone understands how to do a "resident evil", it's horror, it's survival, it's something that is coming to get you and you're like a rabbit. Also it reminds me of "TheEvil Within" vibes so much
Can't wait ! Thanks @zcregger !

@theapropos@AUTOMATON_ENG 100%, if you see the career of all these autheur creators, Kamiya, Kojima, Mikami, SUDA51 and the likes you'll see they just love creating life stability problems and deal with them just so they can keep challenging their own creativity, Most Corporate are totally against that
@AUTOMATON_ENG The ones who leave and still want to make games can go indie, won't have the same resources as a studio but with what we have available online nowadays they can make it work with the right mindset and the right courage, so companies will never fix the problem, you can
@AUTOMATON_ENG Most game studios want a bunch of yes men to do the task, even tho they do everything to make it feel like it's some work of art and every "worker" s creativity is a big contribution, that will cause creative people to leave and the ones who just want the paycheck to stay.
